Ras El Hekma
Montage Ras El Hekma, Nammos Ras El Hekma and Waterfront Residences on Egypt's north coast. Branded resort residences aimed at seasonal use and rental through hotel-grade operators. Pricing and handover dates are released per launch.
How to decide
Start from your budget and your use. Under AED 2 million, Reem Island apartments are the realistic option. Between AED 2 and 5 million, both islands compete and the choice comes down to city access against lifestyle. Above AED 5 million, Hudayriyat dominates on plot size and price ceiling.
